Please see full Ts & Cs HERE Returns within 14 days of receipt please; strictly with LABELS ATTACHED and the package well wrapped and glasses unworn/undamaged. The cost of returning your order is borne by you, the purchaser.If labels are removed, then the item wil be deemed 'worn & used' and not refundable.Bespoke order are NOT refundable.Returns must be accompanied by a Returns Number, obtained by emailing me before you send any order back.

If the above conditions are adhered to, a full refund, including the cost of postage to send the order to you, will be refunded within 5 days of receipt of your return. Refunds will be made to the PayPal account you purchased with, not in any other way.
how to shop with me if you'd like your frame made up to your optical prescription

When you have your eyes tested at an optician, you are not obliged to purchase frames from their range.
Your optical prescription belongs to you; just ask for it!
Please try to get a P.D. measurement [Pupillary Distance] as this will assist in making up your lens; many optical practices will not do this unless asked and they may want to charge you extra for it. Please protest, this is a 3 minute process
*what next?
With your prescription in your hot little hands, race to my lounges and choose away! There is a link at the bottom of each design page that will take you to the SHOPS, or if you know what you want, go straight to the shop! The lounges have full descriptions, sizes and lots of good size images.
*lens quotes
when you've selected your frame[s] email me for lens quotes by either scanning in, or taking a good clear pic. of your optical prescription and I'll get back to you with quotes tailored to you. Your optical prescription must be in your name, have your DOB and address. It must be under 2 years old.
*Can I glaze Retro Peepers frames to SUNGLASSES or SUNGLASS READERS or PRESCRIPTION SUNGLASSES?
Yes you can! Whilst only a few of my styles are available ready made as sunglasses and sunglass readers; all of my frames can be glazed to sun tints at the percentage coverage you wish!

Yes! I can make up your International optical prescription!
I do suggest you try your frame at home first to make sure of style fit BEFORE we make up to your prescription; but this may be impractical if you don't live in the U.K, so I can supply frame only for you to have glazed in your country, however, Australians, New Zealanders, Americans & Canadians may find my glazing prices far more amenable and I have arranged many glazes for international orders.
Please note there is no return or exchange available on bespoke [glazed to order] frames.

Do I need an optical prescription for reading glasses?
My READY MADE reading glasses are made from high quality optical glass and are available in strengths of +1.00 to +3.00 in most styles [you don't need a prescription for reading glasses].If we don't have your reading strength in stock or you are an in between strength or have one eye weaker than the other, I can make lens for you at a small extra charge; just let me know what you'd like in reading strengths and I will quote.
Can I have my optical prescription inserted into Retro Peepers glasses?
Most of the Retro Peepers ready made reading glasses and all of 'The Edge' frames can be reglazed to your own prescription, whether it is a standard lens, multi focal or bi focal, with sun lens, anti-glare, ant-scratch etc.
When choosing frames for reglaze to your prescription, choose the QUOT option on your selection. This will trigger an alert to me that you may wish to reglaze your frames using my laboratory service, or you may wish to reglaze at your local optician.
Rest assured, you will receive a very competitive quote from me as you are avoiding the large store and High St. mark ups.
Help! I can't choose; how do I know the frames I choose will suit me?
YOU deserve and receive PERSONAL service here! I am happy to advise on styling; just email me a pic of your face & tell me what you're into, clothes & music wise :)
It is a tad difficult buying eyewear online [personally I think it's worse in a sterile opticians!], so to assist in your choice, I have a policy of Buy/Try at home [with your own trusted mirrors!] and return within 14 days [labels attatched & unworn] if the frames you have chosen don't suit.
TIP measure the width of your current frame and lens H x W and compare with your selection
